Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to add the draft Statement of Work as an attachment.

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(2), this solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days.
The Request for Quote (RFQ) Number is N66604-25-Q-0078. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 335931; the Small Business Size Standard is 600 employees.
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order for the below items:
CLIN 0001: Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) for all cable assemblies;
CLIN 0002: Quantity of four (4) first article testing units, Part #: 1553AS6196 in accordance with the Statement of Work and drawing package;
CLIN 0003: Option 01: Quantity of twelve (12) Cable Assemblies (Type-209 Class), Part #: 1553AS6196-1, in accordance with the Statement of Work and drawing package;
