- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery order to The Boeing Company, 6200 James S Mcdonnell BLVD Saint Louis Mo 63134, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006. The anticipated delivery order provides for Contractor to perform non-standard depot repair of quantity one (1) Missile Subsystem Test Set (MSTS) Radio Frequency (RF) Microwave Tray - UWAVE P/N 2923623-3 S/N 5709A0698. Repair of part is critical to Royal Australian Navy maintaining a functioning Seeker Test Set capability. Contract award is anticipated for the second quarter of calendar year 2026. This BOA Order is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a) (1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.
