- The Cityof San Antonio, Public Works Department is issuing a Request for Qualificationsseeking Statement of Qualifications from interested professional engineeringfirms (Respondents) for civil engineering design services for the HarryWurzbach Highway Design and the Watson Road Phase 2 projects (Projects).Throughthis solicitation, the City-s intends to select up to two (2) firms for civilengineering design services for the projects.
