Scope Of Work Will Include: ¿ Removal Of Diesel And Gasoline Fuel Tanks ¿ Removal Of Existing Fencing Around The Building ¿ Curbing Around The Perimeter And Traffic Islands In Lot ¿ Site Work Prep ¿ Paving Of Parking Lot ¿ Lighting Of Parking Lot ¿ Painting, Striping, And Numbering Of 184 Parking Spaces ¿ Concrete Steps On The East Side Of The Lot That Lead Students To The Existing Parking Lot Between The Cca Marine/hvac/welding Lab And The Tennis Courts **the Hart County Charter System Will Have The Old Building Removed So This Will Not Need To Be Included In The Scope Of Work Or Projected Costs.
