NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE AWARD
The Department of the Treasury intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price award with Haver Analytics Inc, 60 E 42nd St, New York, NY 10165 for Haver DLX Database subscription for research & quantitative studies. The Period of Performance will be Date of Award for 12 months and 2 option years, if exercised. Negotiations will be conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The Period of Performance will be Date of Award for 12 months and 2 option years, if exercised.
This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.
Any potential sources other than Haver may submit a capability statement by email as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment which shall be considered by the Government. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
All capability statements must be received by no later than 1:00 PM EST on April 2, 2025. Responses to be submitted to Vivian VanHorn, Contracting Officer at Vivian.N.Vanhorn@irs.gov.
Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
