- Description : Furnish and delivery of disabled parking placards for the Statewide Parking for Persons with Disability Program. Long term placards shall be High Density Polyethylene, 35 mil in thickness, 4" X 9" dimension, background color of blue placard shall be, text (international Symbol of Access), placards shall be numbered sequentially beginning with P-282-700, see attached long term placard specifications for solicitation description. Temporary placards shall be a High Density Polyethylene, 35 mil in thickness, 4" X 9" dimension, background color of red placard shall be, text (international Symbol of Access), placards shall be numbered sequentially beginning with T-184-500, see attached temporary placard specifications for solicitation description.
