This Sources Sought Notice (SSN)/Request for Information (RFI) is for planning/information purpose only and shallnot be construed as a commitment or promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. Thisnotice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict theGovernment as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costsincurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The Government will determine whether to set-aside this futureprocurement, based on the information submitted. For the purpose of this acquisition, the NAICS code is 517810- Allother telecommunications.PURPOSE: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is conducting a market analysis with this SSN toidentify small businesses capable and interested in performing the services required to provide the following equipment:
P/N 1413I9K2-AAK-01T-- Hawkeye IV Lite 1.3M, Ku-Band 40W, ODU, iDirect 950, Tan.
Please provide capability statements and commercial pricelists for this equipment, if available, and any information onestablished contracting vehicles currently in place that FEMA may be utlize. The information collected in this SSNand industry outreach notice will be used to further define the government's requirements and create theappropriate acquisition strategy. The information will be considered in finalizing FEMA's requirements.
