This purpose of amendment 1 is to answer questions and extend RFQ close date.
Q1-Confirm does VA want fire suppression installed and activated the date of delivery?

Q2- Will the VA be responsible for anchoring/power hook up?

Q3-Will need vendor need to come back to install fire suppression?

Q4-Will the VA staff and VA equipment be unloading and placing building on concrete pad?
