The Office of the Librarian Multimedia Group (MMG) is seeking to lifecycle its remaining fleet High Definition (HD) video cameras. Currently MMG has a fleet of SONY cameras, consisting of HD ENG, 4K ENG, and Full Frame Cinema Cameras. The HD cameras have reached the end of life and need to be replaced with cameras to match the current cinema style fleet of Sony Cameras. All cameras in the MMG fleet are manufactured by Sony, due to interoperability within the MMG workflow. The Full Frame cinema cameras sought to replace the HD fleet, must be the Sony FX6 and Sony Burano, to complement the current fleet of Sony FX6, and Sony Venice cameras in use. In use with the current fleet of Sony cameras are a series of Vinten tripods and heads. The tripods selected for the Sony FX6 Cameras must be compatible with the current fleet of tripods, tripod heads and camera plates in use daily.
The contractor shall provide camera kits and accessories, as defined in Section C.3. The kits shall include lenses, camera accessories, tripods, and cases.
