UPDATE: Due to the volume of questions, the Government will extend the solicitation closing date to 10 June 2025.

Page limit for technical proposal has been increased to 50 and font size shall be 11 point (Arial or Times New Roman).
Please follow the instructions included in Attachment 6, "Attachment 6_Instructions to Offerors".Offers are due by 10 June 2025, 10:00 AM, Central Time (unless extended via amendment). Offers shall be submitted via e-mail to patrick.a.thielemann.civ@health.mil and andrea.j.vigliotti.civ@health.mil. Offers received after the deadline will be considered untimely and will not be eligible for award.
The deadline for questions is 14 May 2025, 10:00 AM, Central Time (questions submitted after this deadline will not be answered). All questions shall be submitted in writing to patrick.a.thielemann.civ@health.mil and andrea.j.vigliotti.civ@health.mil. The Offeror is responsible for notifying the Government of any changes in point of contact (POC) during the acquisition process and the life of the Contract. Electronic submissions with files larger than 20MB will need to be submitted in separate emails. All emails, regardless of the size, need to be received by the Government server, by the stated date and time. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure the Government receives the entire proposal.
