This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Contract This is not a request for competitive proposals.
The DHS Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers ( F LE TC) intends to negotate on a sole source bases, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) with HSI EMERGENCY CARE SOLUTIONS INC as they are the only responsible source that could provide the following:
HSI combo All ages CPR/AED and adult first aid ea 8250
HSI Adult First Aid | CPR AED All Ages (2020) ea 8250
HSI CPR/AED All Ages (2020)-(Blended)-DC Blended ea 2250
HSI CPR/AED Adult (2020) DC Digital Cert Cards ea 2250
Th e l ntended procurement will be classiflied under North Amerlcan industry Classiflication System N AICS 611430 with a Sm a l l Business Size Standard 1000. This notice of lntent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solication document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capabilty in providing the same p roduct. All capability statements reiceived by closing of this notification of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governmen t.Information received will normally be consldered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
