This is a Sources Sought only. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to assist in our decision-making process for a service procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is conducting market research to identify potential vendors determine if there are any vendors, regardless of business size, that can provide the general requirements below.GENERAL REQUIREMENTSThe Department of Veteran Affairs Pacific Health Care System (VAPIHCS) through the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Emergency Contract Housing program provides care, treatment and rehabilitative services to homeless Veterans in the Pacific Region. The services provided to eligible homeless Veterans include outreach, case management and housing services. It is the purpose of this program to provide these Veterans a safe residential setting for a temporary period while addressing their immediate needs by accessing appropriate resources and supports with the goal to obtain permanent housing and end their homelessness.
