The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office (RPO) East, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of Veteran Integrated Service Network has a requirement for a contractor to provide Utility Plant Heat Exchanger and Installation Services at the Richmond VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall provide all materials necessary to fulfill the requirement for the Heat Exchanger and Installation Removal Services at the Richmond Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) specified in the Performance Work Statement.  This is a Pre-solicitation only.
