- The Texas Military Department isseeking a Contractor to provide all labor, parts, material, equipment, and anymiscellaneous material needed to remove and replace a 15-Ton Condenser for building1363; to remove and replace a 1,559 Thousands (M) of British Thermal Unit(BTU)'s per Hour (mbH) gas boiler for building 1377; and to remove and replace allsingle and double wall flue pipe at the boiler and hot water heater forbuilding 1057. All replacements will be new and of equal or better capabilities.This job will be at the Texas Military Department Ellington Fieldat 14657 Sneider Street, Houston, TX 77034-5586.
