- Description:
- The College is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance services for fifty-four (54) condensing and non-condensing boilers, each rated at 2,000 MBH or less. Covered equipment includes units manufactured by Ajax, Ace, Laars, Raypak, RBI, ATH, U.S. Boiler, Lochinvar, Rheem/Ruud, Patterson-Kelley, and Cleaver-Brooks.Services shall include, but are not limited to:Routine inspectionsCleaning of heat exchangers and burnersTesting of safety controls and operating componentsAdjustments for optimal combustion efficiencyDocumentation of all work performedAll work must ensure continued system performance and reliability, and must comply with applicable State of California Mechanical Code and South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) regulations, including those related to emissions and combustion testing.
