Description:
The Regional Contracting Office at USAG Wiesbaden, Germany, is issuing this synopsis to identify potential sources for a competitive, Firm-Fixed Price requirement for the procurement of six (6) heavy armored BMW sedans on a Brand Name or Equal basis.
The Government will consider offers for equal products that meet the minimum salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics outlined in the attached draft documents.
Requirement Details:
Item: Six (6) Heavy Armored Sedans (Brand Name or Equal)
Delivery: Required within 180 days after contract award.
Submission Information:
This notice will be posted for two weeks. All responses from interested parties must be submitted by December 26, 2025, at 12:00 noon CET.
Acquisition Strategy:
The Government intends to solicit this requirement competitively. This synopsis is being published to identify potential sources that can satisfy the Government's requirement. Interested parties who believe they can provide the specified brand name product or an equal alternative are encouraged to respond to this notice by the date and time specified above.
Any "equal" product must meet all the salient characteristics detailed in the attached documentation. A determination by the Government on how to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within its discretion.
A formal solicitation is anticipated to be posted to www.SAM.gov. The attached DRAFT Statement of Work and DraftSalient Characteristics are provided for informational and planning purposes and are subject to change.
