Description:
The County of Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide HEAVY FLEET TIRES AND TIRE SERVICES to the County of Sacramento in accordance with the general and special terms and conditions contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP).Successful proposers must be able to deliver tires to all County shops as required and to provide services as shown herein. Contract(s) will be awarded to the proposer(s) that represents the best value to Sacramento County.All products and services must be as described in the Pricing and Scope of Work sections of this proposal. Deviations from requirements will not be considered.The County intends to award a contract to the successful proposer (Contractor) for an initial 12-month term. For reasons of economy and efficiency, the County reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting contract for four (4) one-year terms following the initial 12-month term upon mutual agreement between County and Contractor. The County reserves the right to award contracts to more than one proposer, if in the best interest of the County.Submit all questions in the Question/Answer section of this RFP.
