This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (supply) prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses in effect are IAW FAR, DFAR, AFFARS and all other related guidance.

Offers (Quotes) received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated IAW the addendum to FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items in the Combo- FA481925Q0006 attachment.
The Contractor shall provide 40 Heavy Weight Fairlead Beam Assemblies.
Questions and Government Response: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted no later than 2:00 P.M. CST, February 12, 2025. Any questions that are received in conjunction with this solicitation and the corresponding responses by the Government will be posted as an Amendment to System for Award Management (SAM), website: www.sam.gov.
Contractors shall submit all quotes by February 27, 2025 @ 02:00 PM CST electronically by emailing the Contract Specialist, SSgt Benjamin Spear at benjamin.spear.1@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, TSgt Justin Merritt at justin.merritt.1@us.af.mil, and with the subject line "FA481925Q0006 - Quote".
