- The Government anticipates a 12-month base period with four (4) 12-month option year contract. As part of its market research, the Medical Readiness Contracting Office -West (MRCO-W) is issuing this Sources Sought notice to identify and determine if there are potential sources which have the capabilities to lease one (1) Hematology Analyzer that performs general hematology procedures.
The successful offeror shall furnish all equipment, reagents, consumables, controls, and any services i.e., maintenance of furnished equipment to the Department of Pathology, under a Cost-Per-Reportable basis. Under the Cost-Per-Reportable Results arrangement, the Contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, reagents, controls, consumables, and any other parts or services to ensure the laboratory is able to execute the required testing. Contractor shall include delivery, installation, all calibrators/standards, reagents, and quality control materials. This requirement is for a base year beginning 1 January 2026 through 31 December 2026, and four option years if exercised.
This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/lnvitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service.
