This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) is seeking to purchase hematology supplies and services that shall be delivered to VA medical centers and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in accordance with Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26223Q0532 and Attachment A. Schedule. Reference attached RFQ 36C26223Q0532 and schedule for more details. The supplies and services will be used on Government owned equipment to perform in-house testing on a Cost-Per-Reportable-Result (CPRR) basis.
