SPECIAL NOTICE INDUSTRY DAY - Revised for new scheduled date December 4th. see attachedDOIRFBO250031In accordance with FAR 15.201 Exchanges with Industry Before Receipt of Proposals, the United States Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Upper Colorado Basin Region, is hosting an Industry Day. This event provides small and large business firms with the opportunity to learn about and provide input for the upcoming posting of the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Heavy Equipment Rental.This notification does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), a Request for Quote (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP) and it should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a formal solicitation, award a contract, or conduct an acquisition in any way. The U.S. Government is not liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement or incurred for participation in the Industry Day will NOT be reimbursed.
