The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, NC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with VAE, Inc under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Solicitating Competition from a Single Source. VAE, Inc. is the only HERO 120 UAS field engineer field support and air-refill system. This notice of intent to issue an award to VAE, Inc. to provide the following training services: HERO 120 Field Support and Hero 120 Air Refill Station for the USASOC CAPEX 2025 at Fort Bragg, NC.
