The Bureau of Reclamation, Hungry Horse Field Office requires monthly preventative maintenance, annual and 5-year elevator inspections and repairs for three elevators.The Government intends to award a hybrid firm-fixed price and time and materials purchase order for up to five years, a base year and four option years.The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.5 Million. The product service code is J039, Maint/repair/rebuild Of Equipment- Materials Handling EquipmentThe anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1725Q0033, (written) is approximately the second week in August 2025. The anticipated closing date is the fourth week in August 2025. The anticipated award date is the first week of September 2025.
