- The Work of the projects are defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the partial demolition of an existing vestibule and installation of ballistic resistant exterior storefront doors and frames; ballistic resistant, fire-rated doors and frames; transaction window and repairs to existing CMU and brick veneer partitions. Door operators, actuators and relocated comm and security hardware will be provided. Also included in the scope is casework for the Security desk, repairs to adjacent floor, wall and ceiling finishes, and window treatments at existing and modified openings.
