This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes, as part of a market survey on potential sources and emerging technologies in support of development of requirements and acquisition strategy for a high-altitude Electronic Attack (EA) payload integrated onto an unmanned high-altitude platform. In the context of this exercise the payload and the platform are separate entities and the platform is not included in the requirements for the RFI. A copy of the draft high altitude EA payload requirements and high-altitude EA payload questions will be provided through Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) upon request.
