Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, Ft. Cavazos, TX has an upcoming requirement to solicit for and award a contract to provide High-Energy Electro-Hydraulic Extracorporeal Shockwave Device that must be FDA approved device to treat multiple tendinopathies: knee pain, osteoarthritis, shoulder pain, chronic plantar fasciitis and chronic lateral epicondylitis with a trained Technician to operate the device in a operating room setting at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC), Fort Cavazos, Texas 76544. Basic requirement details are listed below.
