This is not a solicitation; This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source procurement under 517111 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers.
The U.S. Consulate General Curacao will award a firm fixed price contract to provide Dedicated Internet 30/30Mbps. Delivered over the Fiber Optic Cable.
The estimated period of performance will be for 12 months, at the USG-s discretion.
This is a single source requirement in accordance with authority citation, FAR 13.106-1(b) (1 and FAR Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, C&W Columbus Business Solutions is considered the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy U.S. Consulate General Curacao requirements.
