Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received a Private Non-Exclusive Easement application on November 13, 2025, from Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp) requesting an Alaska Statute 38.05.850 Easement for six wellbores to be drilled from S Pad in Milne Point Unit (MPU) that would cross the unit boundary and traverse through a portion of the Kuparuk River Unit (KRU) and Prudhoe Bay Unit (PBU) before returning to the MPU. The proposed project will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.346. The Division provides public notice and an opportunity to comment.
