Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received a Unit Plan of Operations Amendment Application (Plan) on June 17, 2025, from Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (HAK) requesting to expand the existing Tract 14 pad to install a heater system. The proposed project will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.346.
