Description:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number HT9407-26-Q-0001.
This request for quote is for the purchase of items in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The resulting contract will incorporate all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. The Service Contract Labor Standards and Fair Labor Standards Act apply to this requirement.
The Department of Labor Wage Determination Number 2015-5483, Revision No.: 27, dated 7/8/25, is attached to this RFQ.
This procurement is being solicited as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812320, Drycleaning and Luandry Services (except Coin Perated), with a small business size standard of $8.0M. The Product/Service Code (PSC) is S209 Housekeeping - Laundry/Drycleaning Services.

Period of Performance: One (1) one-year base period (1 January 2026- 31 December 2026) and four (4) one -year option periods (1 January 2027 through 31 December 2030)
