Hillsboro R-III School District is requesting competitive proposals from qualified vendors to complete removal of existing carpet flooring and installation of Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) at Hillsboro High School. RFP click here Please note: Pre-Bid/Site Visit has been rescheduled to Tuesday, 2/25 at 3:00 PM @ Hillsboro High School Linked above is a Request for Proposal (RFP), responsive Proposal will comply with all federal, state and local regulations. Information regarding the services to be provided, information which must be submitted as part of the Proposal, and related details are included in the accompanying RFP. Proposals must be sealed in an envelope with the name and address of the submitting dealer and the words “ Hillsboro R-3 High School Flooring Replacement” clearly written on the outside of the envelope. All proposals must remain firm for ninety (90) days from the due date and shall include all costs—including any potentially hidden costs. Hillsboro School District is a tax-exempt organization and all submitted pricing should reflect the same. The start date of the project is 06/2/2025.
