Description:
The Defense Logistics Agency – Troop Support (DLA-TS) anticipates issuing a solicitation for a firm-fixed-price contract with a one-year base term to acquire the specified Thales Avionics part numbers and quantities listed below. The acquisition will be issued on an unrestricted basis and conducted in accordance with 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source of Supply.

The acquisition will be FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at the Source.
The solicitation will be open for 30 days where a company’s price proposal will need to be submitted to the Contracting Officer at Maria.Aguayo@dla.mil, and the Contract Specialist at Alex.Salim@dla.mil.
The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, cost or price.
