This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii). FA468625Q0004 is issued as an RFQ.
(iii). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.
(iv). This will be solicited as Unrestricted, with an associated NAICS code 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services.
(v). A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in Attachment 1, Section B - Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission.
(vi). The contractor shall be responsible for replacing the existing Wonderware Master Operator Interface Terminal and installing the associated human machine interface (HMI) on ASCO manufactured generator switchgear equipment in use at Building 23265. The contractor shall ensure that the system supports and integrates with the existing on-site manufactured generators, maintaining their operational performance and compliance with mission requirements, and include five (5) year warranty..
(vii). Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point is identified in Attachment 1, Section F - Deliveries or Performance Schedules. Place of Contract Performance: Beale AFB, CA; Period of Performance: 31 Jan 2025 - 28 Feb 2025.
(viii). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
