- The Airport Commission is commencing a Request for the Harvey Milk Terminal 1 & Terminal 3 Traveler-s Retreat Lease. The lease will have 2 locations, the first location will be post-security in Harvey Milk Terminal 1, boarding area B, approximately 3,054 square feet (Space E.2.205) featuring private rooms and shower service as well as a food and beverage service totaling no more than 40% of the premises. The second location will be post-security in Terminal 3, boarding area E, approximately 1,300 square feet (space B.2.212) featuring private rooms and shower service. The term for the lease is 12 years. Rent is the higher of a Minimum Annual Guarantee of $350,000 or the sum of 12% of Gross Revenues from sleep and shower services, lounge entry fees, and retail merchandise sales and 8% of Gross Revenues from food and beverage sales within the lounge.
