- Please join us for the first of two planned Holloman Air Force Base High Speed Test Track Industry Days on December 3rd, 2025. The first Industry Day will be hosted at the USACE Albuqueque District headquarters located at 4101 Jefferson Plaza NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
This Design Bid Build requirement will repair the existing Holloman High-Speed Test Track (HHSTT). The altered component of the track consists o replacing track connection points over a 2,439 LM span of the track system. The track addition includes 1,524 LM of new reinforced concrete foundations, girders, and steel rail converting a two-rail system to a three-rail system (A, B, and C rail). The new rails will be supported by reinforced concrete foundations capable of providing stability and precis track tuning capacity. The estimated construction range is $200M-$300M.
