This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation W50S8D25Q1A46 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking services to inspect and test Fire:
Hoses Ladders Pumps***Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for quantities and requirements.***
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
Price Technical Capability of meeting SOW.Evaluation of price will be performed using one or more of the price analysis techniques in FAR 13.106-3. Through these techniques the Government will determine whether the price is reasonable, complete and realistic. Award will be made to the lowest priced quote that provides sufficient explanation/documentation to demonstrate their ability to conform to the requirements of the SOW.
