Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source (SDVOSB) contract with Amish Furniture by David, LLC (SDVOSB) for Hospitality Televisions, TV mounting equipment and installation services for Durham VAMC in support of the Garner Activation Outpatient Clinic. Service to include and not limiting to: the contractor shall provide all management, tools, parts, materials (including quality control materials, and consumable items), equipment, travel, and labor necessary to provide and install all equipment described above. Contractor shall provide instructions and training to the end user. Services shall be performed at Wake County VA Outpatient Clinic, 2700 Benson Road, Garner, NC 27529.Item:Part#:Period of performance will 90 days. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting from a single source 38 U.S.C 8127(b); under VAAR 819.7007 Sole Source award to a verified SDVOSB.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses relevant past-experience and expertise may give written notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
