THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9, located at 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 204, Murfreesboro, TN, 37129, anticipates issuing a solicitation Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 06/13/2025 for two EQUAL or better semi-instantaneous vertical CEMLINE hot water heaters on behalf of the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, located in Mt. Home, Tennessee.Situation: The two hot water heaters in building 005 MTN Home VAMC have failed due to being at their end-of-life cycle and require replacement. These are specialty semi-instantaneous vertical hot water heaters fabricated in accordance with ASME codes and stamped for 150 psi working pressure. The replacement water heaters are to be foam insulated with enameled metal jackets and constructed with a Stainless-steel tank with Stainless-steel threaded openings that are mounted on a steel support skid with lifting lugs.
