Shipping instructions shall be provided with individual delivery orders. Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within 180 days after the date of the order. Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to the issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155).

This NSN will be procured under a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR Part 15 procedures.
