This is a Request for Quote for road base prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ is a Small Business Set-Aside with a solicitation number of 140L5725Q0036. This requirement is for providing road base to the locations listed in the Statement of Work. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 212321 - Construction Sand and Gravel Mining with an Industry Size Standard of 500 employees. The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using "ALL or NONE" basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose material is technically acceptable, price is lowest and is considered fair and reasonable. This contract will include a base bid of 410 tons of 2" Granular Burrow and 450 tons of 1-1/2" UTBC.DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Monticello Field Office BLM office requires this road base to surface and fill the House On Fire parking area, approximately 24 miles west-southwest of Blanding, Utah. Please see attached Statement of Work for exact material specifications and location.
