Remove and replace carpet and cove base in hallways of Bldg. 20130, excluding the Command Staff hallway and the A-3 area. Install transition strips between the hallway carpet and each doorway. Paint Bldg. 20130 hallways above and below the wooden chair rails, 3 stairwells, door jams, window frames (both sides of window frames on Wyoming, Gibson, and Southside Courtyard entrance inner wall of windows), and handrails, excluding the A-3 area. The hallways include breezeways in front of the A-6 CST office area, and the South breezeways on both the first and second floor. Refinish the hallway wooden chair railings. Refinish the wooden handrails and top caps in 3 stairwells. - Documents:
