Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Knox, on behalf of U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), is requesting a firm-fixed price contract for a non-personal services contract to provide services to support the HQDA Best Squad Competition-Community Event FY25 for 10-12 October 2025 at the National Mall, Washington D.C. Planning services are anticipated to begin 1 August 2025 to develop layout and coordination with the National Mall. The actual setup is to take place no earlier than 10 October at 0800 EST and will be completed by 2100 EST. Tear down to take place at the conclusion of event and completed no later than 1600 on 12 October 2025. Qualified vendors are asked to review the attachments and submit a quote.
