- The State of Texas, by and through the Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”), seeks to secure a managed services vendor for the Video Surveillance System (“System”) at Texas State Hospitals (“SHs”) and State Supported Living Centers (“SSLCs”). The selected vendor will provide design,build, maintenance, and support services for the System, which will be used to detect and prevent the exploitation or abuse of residents and clients. These services must be delivered in accordance with the Scope of Work (“SOW”) and other requirements outlined in this Solicitation.
