- PURPOSE: The Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) requires Loll Designs outdoor patio furniture, or an approved equal, for their new facility. The requested outdoor patio furniture shall be required to be delivered on or before June 1, 2025, at the following address: 3925 Pheasant Ridge Drive NE, Blaine MN 55449. CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $20,000.00 to $25,000.00. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from March 24, 2025, through March 31, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional one (1) year in increments determined by the State. QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD: Questions should be emailed to nicole.fuller@state.mn.us by March 17, 2025. ***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted online through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. NOTE: Responders who are registered only as Bidders must register as Suppliers before being awarded an event. If participating in this event, make sure your registration as a Supplier occurs prior to the notice of intent to award.
