Purpose
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for information and planning purposes. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding market capacity and potential set-asides and to receive industry feedback on available processes and market costs. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal nor does it serve as a presolicitation notice for a future solicitation. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals related to these services. This notice does not commit the Government to procure any supply or service mentioned herein.
Background
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Protective Services (PSD) anticipates a need for the following commercially-leased 2025 vehicles:
Jeep Grand Wagoneer Obsidian Series III L
A commercially leased 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Obsidian Series III L to be used primarily in the metropolitan area of Washington, DC. It is anticipated that the vehicle will be driven 15,000 miles a year.
The leased vehicle must include:Automatic transmissionBlack ExteriorBlack Leather Interior2 Key FobsFour Wheel DriveFully paid maintenance plan for length of leaseNotification of all recallsLength of lease warranty on emergency equipmentEmergency equipment installed by leasing company to include:Front grill lightsRear window lightsWindshield lights above the drivers and passenger-s visorReverse light strobesRight and left back window lightsLight and siren control panel must be accessible to driver and right front seat passenger.Tagged in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia by the leasing company
