- The Town Of Watertown Invites Qualified Hvac Engineering/Design Companies To Submit A Statement Of Qualifications For New Hvac System For The Watertown Police Department. The Qualified Vendor Will Design And Provide Specifications For New Rooftop Units, Metal Ductwork And Duct Insulation, Control System, Mini Splits, Electrical And Any Necessary Construction, Etc. A Contract Will Be Awarded On A \"Best Value\" Basis; Price And Ability To Deliver Services. The Town Places Greater Emphasis On The Experience And Long-Term Viability Of The Vendor. Following Negotiations, The Successful Vendor Will Be Asked To Enter Into A Contract With The Town Of Watertown.Addendum #1 - There Will Be A Walkthrough At The Watertown Police Department, 195 French Street, Watertown, Ct At 10:00 A.M. Monday, January 27Th.
