The existing hot water boiler is out of service, and the associated air handler, ductwork, and control system requires maintenance to adequately condition the lab spaces. The objective of the contract is to restore basic operation to the HVAC system by replacing and/or repairing the boiler and associated components and repairing the identified refrigerant leak in the cooling section of the Air Handler. There may be items to service on the Air Handler or building automation system to restore full functionality of the HVAC system that are outside the scope of this contract. - Documents:
