This is a new contract.
3. What are the HEPA cart requirements if any? Where would we be expected to use the HEPA cart, and will the facility be providing the cart or does AFIC need to provide it?Â
There will be no government furnished equipment on this project. ICRA determinations are made by IPC.
4.Scheduling mentioned 7-5 M-F but to expect weekend work. Our rotations typically run from Tuesdays through the weekend and into the following Thursday. Do we have approval to work those rotations and work on the weekends?Â
HVAC technicians onsite and able to disable HVAC systems when testing is being done, they work Mon-Fri 8-4.
5.The solicitation also mentioned that on top of inspecting the damper, we would be expected to provide access when needed and make any repairs we can to bring the dampers into compliance. With that being said, do we need to incorporate funding for access panels and additional parts? Typically, we do the inspection and spec out for additional parts needed to repair deficient dampers and provide a repair quote. Is this an acceptable method of pricing? If not, I'm concerned that our price might not accurately reflect the true value.Â
