- The Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance services for various systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Roof-Top Units (RTUs), Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs), Energy Recovery Units (ERUs), Jet bridge HVAC units, Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, Radiant/Baseboard Heating systems, Boilers, Controls, Pumps, and Chiller/Cooling Towers. This contract will ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations. Any agreement pursuant to this request may be entered as an on-call agreement. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts or none at all. A vendor selected shall have no guaranty of work assignments under the contract.
