The Air Force Reserve will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. This synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. FAR Part 10 requires that market research be conducted on requirements at least every 18 months to see if the market has changed for a particular acquisition. This effort is to seek sources capable of providing HVAC Design/Build Building 395 at March Air Reserve Base, CA. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for the release of a solicitation package.
